The MCDBA program is an intermediate-level curriculum designed
to prepare students for a career as a database administrator with
companies using Microsoft SQL Server 2005. An MCDBA can derive database designs, develop data models, create physical databases, create data services using Transact-SQL, manage and maintain databases, configure and manage security, and install and configure SQL Server 2005. Upon completion, students earn 33.5 credits and a certificate of completion.

- Experience using databases is preferred
- Experience working in a high-tech environment
