All businesses deal with data. Today’s heterogeneous data
environments require that test engineers be familiar with the variety
of ways that data can be stored and accessed. This track is designed
to help prepare you to be a test engineer who is conversant in SQL,
database design, and major relational databases and who can effectively
address the testing requirements for critical business data.
Combined with the STE Certificate, the DTE certificate consists of an additional set of required classes and at least one elective
covering general testing practices, as well as database-specific
concepts and knowledge applicable to testing. Signing up for the series allows you to save money
over signing up for the classes individually.
